Use of the Apps

SAPPS Interactive apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Some apps are free, supported by advertising, and some may offer optional in-app purchases. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the apps without written permission.

In-App Purchases

Where in-app purchases are offered, they are processed by the platform store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) under that store's terms. Refund requests are handled by the relevant store according to its policies.

Accuracy

The apps rely on device sensors and third-party data sources whose accuracy varies by hardware and conditions. No guarantees are made about measurement precision. Do not rely on the apps for safety-critical navigation, measurement, or decisions.

Availability

SAPPS Interactive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any app, feature, or service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAPPS Interactive is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the apps or this website.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the apps or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
